Adds an icon on the spaces toolbar to quickly open Google Chat

Developer’s Comments

Note that this add-on simply opens the Google Chat URL in a new tab. Cookies, settings, etc. are managed by the browser of Thunderbird.

It means that this add-on:
- cannot handle sessions / different usernames
- probably can't handle notifications
