Der Im- und Export von Nachrichten und Ordnern ist eine unverzichtbare Zusatzfunktionalität (etwa zur Verwaltung von Archiven), welche eigentlich schon längst Bestandteil von Thunderbird selbst sein sollte. Ohne eine kompatible Version dieses Add-ons ist ein Update von Thunderbird undenkbar.
