Looks great, but can it be updated to be compatible with Thunderbird version 115 and Gnome 44?

Works very well, just be sure to install the .deb version of thunderbird

That works! You need to install "evolution-data-server"

Very good extension with Ubuntu, works very well but not compatible with the latest version of THUNDERBIRD 102. Thanks

Great little app! Just installed it but it seems to work just as supposed to. Perfect to have a quick look at my calendar without having to open up Thunderbird. Thanks a lot!

Works good. However, when events are deleted on the calendar (e.g. on my phone), they stay in Evolution even if Thunderbird is running.

Works wonderfully and perfectly with GNOME 41.

Now I have my events in the Time applet on the panel.

Thank you so much!

This add-on is fantastic and works exactly as advertised.

I installed it using Ubuntu 19.10, as a total new user of Linux by the way, and now I can see all my calendar events in GNOME in Ubuntu.

This integration is really good because it means I can safely close Thunderbird when I don't actively use it and I won't miss out on appointments and notifications.

This sort of functionality should really be part of Thunderbird...

Thanks!

It seems to be a good add-on and it works as expected, aka. I can see in my Ubuntu 18.04 gnome clock (in the top bar) the events of my Lightning calendar.

BUT, Thunderbird takes 3 more seconds to start (I have removed the add-on and I'm back to normal). I open Thunderbird hundreds of times a day - I can't afford this! Is there a way to speed up what the add-on is doing during start-up or only do it when the lightning calendar is really opened instead of the full Thunderbird start?

Can you raise a bug on github (see addon homepage)?
Please provide
- logs (steps available on github page)
- what addons are installed
- how do you populate your calendar (Ex sync with Gmail via addon)

Works fine with Trisquel and its rebranded apps (Icedove and iceowl).

This extension is a must in Ubuntu, where Thunderbird is the default email client and calendar integration is otherwise somewhat faulty so far (Wily).

I'd only suggest that all instances of recurring events show up, not just the first one (this is at least what happens now to me). Or at least that we have an option to choose this behavior.

Thanks for the feedback. Could you create an issue on github page with details (steps to reproduce) as all events should be listed.

Works great in Debian Jessie with Icedove 38.5

Excellent! But broken with Ubuntu 15.10 - no Events show in Calendar Panel.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.1).

Thanks for the input.
Issue has been fixed in version 0.4.2.
It takes some time for Mozilla to evaluate the addon.
Feel free to download it for Support Site - it is a Bitbucket space where you can raise issues or download the addon.

...in Ubuntu 14.04 and Thunderbird 31. No start up problems or delays. Events immediately sychronized after installing the addon and restarting Thunderbird.

Thanks!
