This add-on provides an extra menu item, labeled 'Dissociate Occurrence', to events' context menu, which allows an occurrence of a recurring event to be dissociated from the rest of the recurring series.

This add-on provides an extra menu item, labeled 'Dissociate Occurrence', to events' context menu, which allows an occurrence of a recurring event to be dissociated from the rest of the recurring series.
When dissociating an event's occurrence, an independent copy of the occurrence is created and an exception to the recurring series for the specific date is added.
Example usage:
- Create an event recurring every month as a reminder to pay the rent.
- When the month's rent is payed, dissociate the occurrence of that month from the rest of the series.
- Mark that month's occurrence of the event as completed, without affecting any preceding or following occurrences
