Bitmask Thunderbird Extension 0.0.9 Requires Restart

After installing the extension, do the following:
1. Make sure that Bitmask is running and you are logged in.
2. In Thunderbird, click the main menu, then "Preferences" - "Account Settings".
3. Click "Account Actions" - "New Bitmask Account...".
