Excellent! Thank you very much! Now I can see popup ALT attributes in spite of very strange Mozilla' standards.

Like Status-4-Evar is to Firefox, MonkeyFix is to SeaMonkey. A must have extension that restores missing parts that should be included. I await more functionality that will make using SeaMonkey a completely friendly experience for (former) users of Firefox.
