The ability to format special characters a certain way is great, however I find myself wishing that it was compatable with Tektek simply because of the amount of roleplaying that I do and the fact that I like to have my speech or thoughts highlighted in some way. Hell, I'm not even sure that this is a problem with your programming. It may be something that is written into theirs. Still, I wish that I was able to use GaiaFormat to give special formatting to only my speech or OOC.

Put a big strike through all that... I do apologize. It is compatible. It just seems that this toolbar does not add formatting until after it is actually posted, as opposed to when previewing it to check if it works. Sorry... o.o;

I really like it, it doesn't have all the unnecessary bulk that the tektek one does, if all you care for is the formatting like me. I had a few minor problems, but nothing talking to the developer about couldn't handle. I really recommend it!

I just got a "new" laptop with much less processing capabilities and even less RAM. Because of this, I can't have too many things running; even FF Extensions give me trouble. I only wanted my posts formatted, and GaiaFormat does this in the most lightweight package possible.

The options are easy to figure out, and you can have the default on/off for certain portions of the site, which is great.

It does have a few problems, however.
If you have a portion of the site disabled for formatting (say, guild posts), but wish to have a certain guild post have a post style, there's no way to do this. Perhaps a context menu would help.

Additionally, journals. This is not included in the add-on and when making a journal entry, you're greeted with not one, but several warning messages about how it's unsupported. Extremely grating when writing a journal entry, regardless if you want it formatted or not.
