Seems like a well designed extension, but doesn't appear to work with photos from the web - on the Photo tab in the Address Book I've selected 'On the web' and provided a URL. (TB 24.4 on Kubuntu 12.04.)

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.6).
