Actually scratch that - i deleted the dictionaries folder in "program files\mozilla firefox", there was an old US dic. in there.

Just what I was looking for.
Lightweight, fully customisable, with all the features you would expect.
Nice one.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
