SORRY, THIS IS NOT CAUSING MY PROBLEM.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT *IS* CAUSING THE PROBLEM,
BUT DELETING THIS ADD-ON DOES NOT "CURE" IT.
This add-on is very useful, but it clobbers the T.B. Status bar. The status bar is reduced to just the two fields: Unread: ___ Total: ____, squashed all the way to the left, with all the other status thingies omitted. It may look OK for one or two invocations, but will soon revert to the problem display. Pictures on request.

Would be much more useful as an addition to the context menu (i.e. right click). Highlight a bunch of link addresses and right click then select Load links in separate tabs, or Load links in separate windows.
Get Selected Messages

Has the right idea, but the button needs to be reformatted to occupy less real estate on the toolbar. Put the title /below/ the button icon instead of /beside/ it. Also the title could be shorter: "Get all new" instead of "Get all new messages".
Ask.com Toolbar

Specifically, error message: Jar:File not found error
The ASK toolbar seems to be installed without asking along with other tools, such as COMODO A/V.

Snap Shots for Firefox

It is never explicitly stated, but the previews are not available for just any link; the target site must have been cataloged by Snap first. My experience is that the cataloged sites are few and far between.\r\n\r\nNor is it stated how pages come to be cataloged. Can pages be nominated for cataloging? \r\n\r\nAlso, it seems to take a while for the preview link logos to be added when a new page is loaded.\r\n\r\n-R.\r\n(OK, that was several words!)
