I've been using Provider and Lightning for a while, but now my calendar is locked to READ ONLY despite deselecting it every time it changes itself. Updating the Google calendar from the Google account does not sync locally.
I didn't get asked for my Google username and password as suggested in the instructions.

Lightning

Lightning used to work fine bidirectionally with Google calendar, but this latest release 1.0b7 with Provider 0.8 does not. My calendar is stuck in READ ONLY mode and doesn't sync with updates to the online calendar. Stick with the previous releases.
