Provider for Google Calendar

Having some trouble since the update. Got it working by deleting and re-adding calendars, but since latest update of Thunderbird it shows calendars momentarily not available. Working on that.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.1).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
