Collector's Note Works on most sites. Downloads (usually) much faster than a regular download and with most sites has support for pause and resume. This also comes in handy if your connection get's reset.

The User Agent Switcher extension adds a menu and a toolbar button to switch the user agent of a browser.
Collector's Note I don't have to use this one as much but, when sites say they'll work with just Internet Explorer (and I know there's no reason they can't work with Firefox) I just make myself look like IE and all of the sudden I can use the site.
