I've followed the instructions at
http://bfish.xaedalus.net/2007/04/stay-in-sync-with-gcal-and-thunderbird/

using Thunderbird 3.01, Provider 0.6b1 and Lightning 1.0b1, but I can't get it to work. I get the error message:
"The calendar foobar is momnetarily not available"

What gives?
