Floating menu should be disabled by default, it's a nice feature to have but it interferes with hide caption titlebar.
There's no need to revert to previous version to get rid of the floating menu: just set in about:config the option hidemenubar.floating to false.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.0.20101005).
