as todd does not maintain this plugin any longer, you can download latest version here: https://github.com/tomondev/gmail-manager (0.6.4.1.5 is compatible with Firefox 11.x)

As Todd was not available, I published a fix for FF 7.x and FF 8.x here: https://github.com/tomondev/gmail-manager. You can build it from the sources or download the latest version there from the target folder (gmail-manager-0.6.4.1.3-tomondev.xpi for FF 8.x).
This cool add-on works like a charm under latest FF if you download the fixed version. I can't live without it to manage multiple gmail accounts. Thanks to the original author.

Maybe the source code and an issue tracker on github can help us to maintain this great FF plugin! Found this alternative repository (not from the original author, as this plugin was not updated for FF 7.x officially): https://github.com/tomondev/gmail-manager
Lightning

for Ubuntu Lucid 64-bit I've been using this pre-compiled extension:
http://rex-bits.redterra.net/rex-s-bits/thunderbirdlightningonubuntu1004amd64.
For some days I got a lot of "modification_failed" with my synced Google Calendar, if i want to accept an updated event.
"Processing messaging failed. Status 804a0002"
Any Ideas?

On Mac and TB 3.0+ you need to install this add-on manually (the 0.0.5.1-mod version):
http://xsidebar.mozdev.org/modifiedmailnews.html#folderpanetools
With 0.0.5.1 version (installed through add-ons from thunderbird menu) i get the same error message
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://folderpane/content/folderpanePref.xul

perfect plugin for problem analysis.\r\nit would be great, if it works with FF 3.0
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.13.1).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
