This is essential to "my firefox experience." But honestly, without this I would not be using firefox probably. The feature to save previous sessions (thus the name) is extremely useful for people who may have multiple shopping lists or projects going on. It helps organize your life. Each of my sessions typically has over 20 tabs. It's a safety/backup. If you like to have over 10 tabs open at once, I highly recommend this.
