Provider for Google Calendar

I have used this add-on for months and was very happy with it. Suddenly it stopped working and when I checked my add-ons, Thunderbird was saying 7.0.1. was not compatible with the add-on. While googling for a solution I found we can add a Google calendar to Thunderbird as a CalDAV (File>New>Calendar, On the network, ...). I tried and it works in both directions just fine.
I am using 7.0.1 on Ubuntu 11.10

Excellent add-on: listen to last.fm, pause, stop, jump tracks etc straight from the toolbar.
Thank you for an already great extension.
Just one suggestion: It would be great if we could have an option to have just an icon in the status bar / add on tool bar, which we could press/hover over to get all the app's controls (like, e.g., ABP, NoScript, etc). It would be even better if we could customise which controls should appear in that menu, in the same way we now can select which controls to show in the status bar. ;)
