No URL box - disappears! - when you select Google as new calendar type.
Can't get this to work - first time in years.
Running Thunderbird 31.2 on Mac OS X 10.9.5

Thanks for response. Calendar does not appear. Don't know what the quota issue is. But basically I suggest you revert as currently it is totally non-functional and I and presumably others can no longer access their Google calendars. Otherwise, thank you very much for providing this very useful add-in which I have used for quite some time with great thanks.

This is a feature. I will make this more clear in 1.0.2. Just click on next and you can select your calendars (as soon as the quota issue is solved, yet again)
