I've been using Provider and Lightning for a while, but now my calendar is locked to READ ONLY despite deselecting it every time it changes itself. Updating the Google calendar from the Google account does not sync locally.

I didn't get asked for my Google username and password as suggested in teh instructions.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8).
