Allows other extensions to create new account types. This extension (sometimes called SkinkGlue) should not normally be downloaded directly by users, but instead is included in bundles with other extensions, such as the extension TweeQuilla.

This addon, provides a glue layer between certain extensions and the core mailnews code in Thunderbird, making it possible for those extensions to add new account types. It is used by the extension TweeQuilla to add an account type for Twitter.
