My Reviews
Dictionary Switcher
Rated 3 out of 5 stars
This tool was working well, and I like it, but when I installed it on a new computer, it no longer displays the current language at the bottom.
Windows 7 64 bit, all updates, Firefox 6.0.2.
Statusbar Date()
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I'm very happy with Taskbar Date, and it will show day of the week in either long or short form. Just right click on it and the options will appear with full instructions. I have the position set to 17 (a high number) and the format options set to:%D %M %d (%h:%i %A JDY %J) This gives me "Sat Sep 25" in the lower right corner of my Firefox window, just above the Windows clock.A middle click would give me the time and Julian date. Wish List: (a) Option to make hover act like middle click. (b) Option for a simple calendar to appear on hover. (c) Option for ISO and USA week numbers. (d) Make right-click cycle through normal, expanded, and icon only formats.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5.1).Forecastfox Weather

Next to the spelling dictionaries, Forecast Fox is my favorite Firefox add in. I've used it for years now. I highly recommend it.
(And yes it would be great to have the additional data back, either fully customized, or as a single option for full forecast, and they are working on giving us back at least some of it. Post feature requests here: http://forecastfox.uservoice.com/forums/36457-general )

Forecast Fox is a great add-on that I've been using several times a day for a couple of years now. I highly recommend it.

IE View
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
IE View works well. I've been using it for a couple of years.
However, I wish it had an option to open links in a new tab, instead of a new window.
I'm using version 1.4.4 of IE View with Firefox 3.5.3 and MSIE 8.
Forecastfox Weather

Forecastfox is working great for me with Firefox 3.5.3 with Windows XP SP3.
It has been working great for me for a couple of years now.
Someone mentioned they'd like the forecasts to be more accurate.
Ensolis, please correct me if I'm wrong. What forecastfox does is get the forecast and current conditions from Accuweather and displays them conveniently. Accuracy is totally dependent on Accuweather.

How about doing a simple Forecast application for Facebook? A box we can put on our profile pages to show the weather where we are?
I love Forecastfox for Firefox.
I use this line for my current conditions tooltip:
[t].[nl]Feels Like Temp: [flik+short], Real Temp: [tmp+short][nl]Humid:[hmid].[nl]Wind: [windt] at [winds+kmh] gusts to [windgust+kmh].[nl]Precip: [precip+mm], BarPrs: [bard].[nl]UV: [uvt], Sun Rise: [sunr], Sun Set: [suns].[nl]Moon: [moont], Moon Rise: [moonr], Moon Set: [moons].[nl][dnam].
I use this line for the forecast tooltips:
[tlong].[nl]Hi FL Temp: [rlfeelhi+short] Low FL Temp: [rlfeellow+short].[nl]Hi R Temp: [hi+short] Low R Temp: [low].[nl]Prbty of Thunder Storm: [tstorm].[nl]Wind:[windt] at [winds+kmh] gusts to [windgust+kmh].[nl]Precip: [precip+mm].[nl][dnam].
