This add-on was perfect and satisfying in my personal opinion, it gave all what i needed for viewing and was easy to use such as saving images and looking at certain angles. It is an amazing add-on and i would wish it would be compatible with Firefox Quantum so i can further continue on using it, do you have plans on bringing it back with an update?

This add-on omits what should be the most basic feature of an email image viewer: the ability to view, as complete pictures, the images attached to an email in a window that can be toggled between full-screen and a pop-up window, with the ability to move between pictures with the arrow keys.
Why is that so hard? There doesn't seem to be any way to make it do that.
All this program's "Full-screen" option does is make Thunderbird go full screen, not the picture, which still has to be scrolled within the small message review area.

Solves the problem with the default (little) rendering size of images embedded in emails in Thunderbird, saving a lot of time and clics to show them in a bigger size.
The developer listens to users, the past comment ("Needs automatic scrolling") is implemented at the moment I've installed this add-on.

This addon is really amazing when you learn how to use it. It might be a little complicated at the begining, to understand how it works, But it really is a very good image tool. :-)

Undoubtedly, one of, if not the best add-on for pic viewing. However, with some kind of automatic scrolling, this add-on would indeed be perfect. The viewer would have the subjectively desired size, and other amenities of pv, as well as the ability to sit back and enjoy without any manual input whatsoever. Why not, scrolly fox and others have it. Is it impossible with this configuration? I'd contribute more, who wouldn't, if that final attribute was programmed, given that its possible for one to do so!
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.3).Like most users who ask for new features, you forgot to mention how much you will pay up front :/.

Latest Thunderbird and doesn't work. As in nothing works. Not even the links to other extensions. Too bad I would have liked to have used this.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.2).This extension works for me on Thunderbird 47 and up, except for: 1) the extension links, which I will repair in the next release, 2) the file viewing, which seems to have some security issues, 3) the toolbar button, which is replaced by context menu items, and 4) the full screen mode, which would require the content to be loaded in a separate tab.
I developed this extension primarily for Firefox, but when I found out that most of it would work in Thunderbird, I thought it would be nice to release it for Thunderbird as well.
You may still test the full functionality in Firefox :/

panel options can not be activated and there is also a conflict with save file extension to 2.5.5 when I want to save an image in a particular folder (happens only when perfect view mode is enabled gallery to view all images in a page, not when I do the same but only open for a particular image, in this case works perfectly)
update
I discovered that the ublock extension origin for some reason I blocked the panel, after many consegui attempts to start it (although I'm not quite sure how I did it) and now I got to fix it, but what the extension save file to business as usual.
Thanks in advance for the help. Your addon is very good
- With the new version, you will need to click the yellow message bar in the panel to show the panel content. Is this what you mean? Or does the panel not show up at all?
- I'll look into compatibility with the "Save File" extension, but that is not likely something I can fix.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.7).Don't 'hope' for the development of certain features, just hire me!

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.7). This user has a previous review of this add-on.Both issues were caused by bugs in Firefox and hopefully are circumvented by the new version (Perfect View 6.2). I have submitted bug reports for these issues, but apparently all developers are too busy with other stuff.

It sometime bug, we have to reclick the image for the option to show up but once we are in, the options are nice to have.
Plus, on some website, we simply cannot completely open an image and save it in our hard drive. With that add-on, we can open it and do whatever we want with the image. So for an example, I can use another add-on to double click / save it on my hard drive automatically. (if that addon would have that option i could uninstall my other add-on but thats not the case for now)
We can't adjust the brightness and the colour of the image tho... It offer only very basic options
The new version allows you to apply (a combination of) image filters!
