Thanks for the tip on the gesture setting!
I use "autoscroll" a lot, (I think it's also called compass scroll) this explains why it's asking where I want to save stuff sometimes when I'm using middle click scroll.
Anyway, Thanks again!

One of the most useful/user friendly addons ever. Taking Ad Block Plus already one of the best extensions ever, to another level.
