Excellent but on FF3 it doesn't update GMail even if I set it on 5 min.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.15.14).

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with Gmail. If you visit the Googlebar Forum... I can try and help you out there, but not here.
