Seoul dark theme for Thunderbird. Adapted from calvinchd's Gruvbox Dark (https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/gruvbox-dark-thunderbird), inspired by junegunn's color scheme for vim (https://github.com/junegunn/seoul256.vim).
