i also noticed a little refreshing bug on start of Thunderbird 78+. The contacts names in the emails list of a folder are refreshed after on over with the mouse or after any user action like open a compose window or click on a filter button.

Great extension !
But autocomplete stop working (CardBook v54.6) after an auto update of Thunderbird to the 78.5.1 version.
Back to TB 78.5.0 solved the problem, temporary I hope.
