Very attractive! I'm using it on TB3 and it seems OK - Except that Scroll Bars are missing. I didn't realize how much I need them until they were missing. At some point, I will find their absence annoying enough, that I will have to change themes. :-(
Profile Manager and Synchronizer

This looks useful, but I was tired of waiting. So, I clicked the Version 0.2.0 link below [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/versions/9452#version-0.2.0] and installed that version.
Note, that I had to tell firefox NOT to check for compatibility.
You will need "Mr Tech's Tool Kit" or equivalent: http://www.liewcf.com/archives/2006/10/mr-techs-local-install-make-old-firefox-extensions-compatible/
