Version 3.3.4 from here didn't work with YouTube. Downloaded Version 3.4.4 from the website, followed the drag-and-drop instructions and it worked. I am using Win7. No malware detected yet.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.3.4.1-signed.1-signed).
