Worked excellent without a hitch for many months then quit working last night, Tuesday 16 July, 2014. Tried all the disable- re-enable, remove and re-download, refresh etc.. listed. I REALLY love this add-on and appreciate all your work, Mr. Gregorio and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

Hi, Are you running 3.4.0? There's a new version on the site here:

http://glimmersoft.com/podblog/2014/07/15/bug-fixes-for-missing-links-and-mp3s-in-3-4-0/

That fixes a bug that cropped up for a lot of people. It should be online here in a week or two.
