so...is there a limit to how long audio has to be? I only seem to get 1:40 out of every file I save.

The newest version is on www.glimmersoft.com (3.0.2). It includes fixes for youtube updates and should work now :). You might need to let the first few videos play to completion and reload the page (it sometimes needs a bit of time to figure out how a given video works), but after a day or so it'll be 100% :)
