Does not work for SMTP, IMAP, only for HTTP. So what is the real function for Thunderbird?

This add-on is wonderful as it solved my networking issue. Accessing Gmail in China is difficult and it works like a charm.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1.1).
