That last post referred to Seamonkey 2.0 [latest version 10th December 2009] whre Duplicate Tab does not work under Windows XP, btw

Excellent add-on - 5-stars!
While we wait for an update, a workaround is to select the URL in the address bar, then press Ctrl+Enter.
Make sure that "Ctrl+Enter in the Location Bar" is selected.
To check, go to:
Edit>>Preferences>>Tabbed Browsing
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
