Hi, your addon ConfirmFolderMove is great but does not work on new versions of thunderbird anymore :-( could you manage to work it again? thank you!

I loved this extension and was sad when it was deemed "incompatible" with TB 78, but thanks to the previous update by Max, I installed "Disable DragAndDrop" which does the trick nicely. I am hoping that Ryan Lee might have the time and desire to update his add on at some stage.

Great add-on sorely missed but luckily similar functionality is now available with "Disable DragAndDrop" add-on, compatible with 78 up. Enjoy.

Works very well with TB68.
Are you planning to update this for TB78?

Wonderful add-on to Thunderbird that prevents you from accidentally moving folders (which unfortunately is easy to do). The add-on works flawlessly. This should have been a built-in feature for Thunderbird, and I'm so grateful to Ryan Lee for making this available for the Thunderbird community.

Essential, considering the disaster than can result from an inadvertent drag of a folder. Needs to be updated to work with recent versions.

Please update. Mozilla devs: why is this not a built-in feature?! Really should be an option already available so we don't need an extension :-/

It would be one of the most useful add-ons, but unfortunately it does not work with version 68 (64bit). Please update.

Can somebody fix this.
Thanks.

Installed with trepidation to TB v52.8, since no updates to add-on since 2011. However, appears to work.

Why is this not part of the core? Great.

Accidentally moving a folder can take a lot of time and can even hang TB. This little add on asks if you really want to move the folder. This behavior should be standard for Thunderbird. ConfirmFolderMove is a must-have add-on.

simple, effective, - no more to say
I'll be extremely happy if I'll have also one "checkbox" not checked by default for IMAP accounts - moving folders on IMAP could produce problems
It is safest to create destination folder and move emails rather than move the folder

Could you explain more what you see this feature accomplishing? I don't quite understand what the checkbox is you're referring to. Thanks for the positive review.

Super. Endlich werden Ordner nicht mehr versehentlich verschoben. Diese Funktion sollte als Standard in TB aufgenommen werden.

I have nothing to say more than previous comments (I just want to promote this add-on that effectively should be integrated by default to TB).
