This add-on was working well on Thunderbird v115, but seems to have no effect in v128 : I really hope it will be updated to be able to work again!

This addOn looks set to satisfy a need. Yet, on Thunderbird 115.1.1, on Windows 10, using dark mode (in Windows and Thunderbird), the addOn's preferences are black-on-black, rendering the addOn unusable.

doesn't work- wasted time setting all my accounts up then deletes all the settings and changes nothing - waste of time

Hello,
you cannot set up your accounts individually with this Add-on. The settings are valid for all accounts.
Could it be that you are referring to another addon?

This is exactly what I was looking for. My mail provider (Hostinger) will block certain senders and send the mail to trash, but leaves them unread. I know it's only a cosmetic sort of thing, but it bugged me...not any more. Thank you, Silvester2584 for making this add-on.

It works, but unfortunately only on a set of default folders. I use filters to move messages that I want to keep but not require immediate attention to custom folders. The filters do not have a 'mark as read' option. So this plugin could come in helpful if it supported custom folders.

Ein super Ansatz – danach habe ich gesucht!

Ich habe den Bedarf, im Posteingang eines einzelnen Kontos (das den ganzen Tag über mehrere hundert technische Mails empfängt), eingegangenes gleich als gelesen markiert zu haben.
So dass die Thunderbird-Hinweise auf Ungelesenes nur für die E-Mails der anderen Konten anspringen.

Besteht die Aussicht, dass in einer künftigen Version detaillierter einzelne Konten und eigene Ordner gewählt werden können?

Wäre toll!

Works great on junk folders. Would be really nice if you could use it to auto-mark emails in custom folders as well.

Ich habe die Erweiterung mit Thunderbird 91 ausprobiert.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn die Erweiterung auch zu Thunderbird 102 kompatibel ist/wird.
