Before the latest update I was able to fast-download 1h50m long podcast [about 170MB file size] and covert it to MP3 [this process takes 2-4m] After updating the latest version download speed crawl down to 20+ Kb/s

*Download are started by pressing the MP3 button. Debug is not turned on. Volume control is not turned on.

Could this be an issue with the addon itself of has YouTube set to truly enforce their do not download policy?

Other than this issue, this is a great addon, I consider it to be the best of its kind.

to their network. I have the same issue in my region where videos take forever to download or even buffer. They're trying to improve overall network performance, but it does seem to be causing some speed issues...

UPDATE: It works!!. The developer hit it right on the nail. Between the new Firefox menu button & me being used to finding addon's options by going going to "Extension" it never occurred to me to check under the Tool menu for the YoutubeMP3Podcaster addon options. Thank you very much Jeremy.

I used to love this addons, best of its kind, no doubt. Now after the recent two updates converting to mp3 is very poor, lots of skips and electronic like pitches, very weird. I no longer see a way to access the addon options to calibrate the file quality [e.g. as shown on the preview images on this page] Please fix this.The one thing I'm glad to see gone is the animated image waving back at you. Please

The problems your describing are usually caused by the volume control feature. On some PCs it breaks the MP3s. Go to Tools -> YoutubeMP3Podcaster -> Options and uncheck the box under Volume Control. Thanks!
