Great addon! Very useful, but is it possible to add the SC menu at the top of thunderbird with the icon? So we can actually put it somewhere next to the usual reply all button. It will be much easier to use. The keyboard shortcut doesn't work for mine unfortunately, so we have to right click > Sc Menu > Reply all for the addon to work. Thanks!
