Monterail Dark, a Thunderbird theme inspired by the mockup of Monterail extended to Calendar, Tasks and Composer. Some more tweaks to normalize heights of the tabs and other options.

Based on Monterail add-on from previous versions. This version includes Calendar and Tasks. Eventually more sections will be normalized to the theme. Will keep pushing updates.
