Does not work for the 3.3 alpha releases.

enigmail-1.1-tb-macosx.xpi and Thunderbird 3.1 RC 1.dmg.

enigmail popups a requester claiming;

OpenPGP Alert
Could not start the gpg-agent program which is needed
for you GnuPGP 2.0.14

everything works with;
Thunderbird 3.0.4.dmg
enigmail-1.1-tb-macosx.xpi
