Follow the instructions below from IamTammy regarding installing the-addon-bar. Then uninstall Forecastfox. Then open a new tab into about:config and create a setting called extensions.checkCompatibility.30.0 (or what ever version of Firefox you're using). Set it to false (Instructions are in the wiki: http://www.wikihow.com/Force-Install-Incompatible-Addons-in-Firefox). Restart Firefox, and then install Forecastfox again (press the 'Install Anyway" button) and voila, Forecastfox appears at the bottom of the browser!
