Both columns can be displayed, but are empty, no address shown.

Tested on TB 3.0.4 and 3.1rc1 german (Win7 32bit). But this would be an important extension, so I rate 4 stars, keep on.

BTW: German locale would be nice.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.6).
