Calendar Tweaks
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is a great extension to enhance the look and feel of the Lightening calendar add-on - especially if you use or have used Outlook. From my perspective, it provides a professional look and feel to Thunderbird/Lightening with smoother color gradients and various interface tweaks (e.g. calendar tabs). This extension puts Thunderbird/Lightening up there as a contender with the overpriced MS Outlook from an aesthetics perspective.
One issue I have noticed with Thunderbird 6.02 and Calendar Tweaks 3.0 is that it breaks the "Delete" button if you add it to the Mail Toolbar. I always do this as it makes it easier for me when doing bulk activities. If I disable this extension, it works again. I have contacted the extension developer to bring this to his attention. I mention it hear to help others thing they have lost their minds. LOL
Regardless, this extension is deserving of a 5-star rating. It does what it says it will do and except for this one issue I have experienced no problems when this extension is installed.
Password Tags
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Incredibly versatile extension that allows you to add tags to your various account in the password manager providing the ability to sort and more quickly find what you are looking for if you list of passwords is long. Others have specified alternative uses such as password hints that further show the wide range of uses it has. Another extension on my list of must install. Be sure to check out the Saved Password extension. With both of these installed, managing your passwords has become... well, manageable.

This is on my personal list of must have extensions for SeaMonkey. Would be on this list for Firefox and Thunderbird, too. The ability to edit and add passwords without having to be at the actual site is priceless. Dare I say that it be considered as core functionality. I am currently unemployed and will be making a donation to continue the support of this extension. Thank you very much for being one of the few extension developers who continue to actively support the SeaMonkey browser! Be sure to check out his other extension - Password Tags - that works well with this one.

Just another thought regarding donations...
Keep in mind that this theme supports both Firefox and Thunderbird. If you use it for only one or the other, use the "specify amount" option to donate a lesser amount (e.g. 50%, or $2.50).
I wanted to point this out as I did not see this mentioned in the posts commenting on the requested donation amount. When you realize this is for two themes in one package, the amount seems pretty fair to me.

Any chance, BTW, that this theme could be updated to support SeaMonkey? If I was better at theming, I would offer to assist or do it myself - but I am not. :(
I have always been a SeaMonkey guy at heart but really like this theme. I could go on for hours about how it enhances Firefox and Thunderbird and can only imagine what it would do for SeaMonkey.

Regarding donating - keep in mind that this theme is for both Firefox and Thunderbird. So, for someone like me who uses it for both, $5 is a reasonable price. If you use it only for one or the other - consider donating $2.50.
I do understand, though, the tight budget comment. I have been unemployed for almost a year and can say that even though I wish to donate to a worthy effort such as this, it is not high on who needs my money to survive list.
I have been unemployed for almost a year now so I understand the budgetary constraints mentioned in some of the posts. As Mandy pointed out, the donation amount is a suggestion - donate what you are able and let the developer know (there is a text box to add comments with your donations). Believe me, he will appreciate any amount that is donated.
Remember, too, that your donation is one sign of support and interest in this theme. And yes, after making this speech I am finally going to make a donation even though my financial situation is bleak a the moment.

As soon as I am re-employed, I will buy you that beer, dude! This theme and Charamel are absolutely fantastic! I like FF and TB to match theme wise, and I have found my default themes from now on!
It is like having a new browser and e-mail client. As Chris Mak stated, it takes both to a new level both in looks and functionality.
