Just a head's up for the user named FoxTail: QuickNote has an option to "add the copied text's source"— http://i.imgur.com/Hh8iHv2.png

As for adding the date, for Windows users, pressing F5 adds the full date & time, (just as it does in Notepad). Since Quicknote opens after text is sent, it's really a non-issue to hit one button. :)

You can name each tab by right-clicking the tab (the rename option is on the bottom of the list), or use "ctrl +shift +R".
I'm using QN 0.6.0.4, the version before the current one.
P.S. The developer has said that he's not actively working on QuickNote anymore; else, I would ditto your 1st & 3rd requests. :p

First of all, I'm rating this extension 10 because I use it ALL the time, and it's become a necessary commodity for me. :) I love the options for page & text bg color, having more than 1 tab, and being able to choose the location of where the data is stored.

But to forMoz, I have to empathize & offer a suggestion. Some time ago, all my data was cleared from my QuickNote sheets when I updated Firefox. :( This happened at least twice.

Ever since then, I make sure I regularly back up the user files after I store something important. Which is like... everything I store. :p

Request? I'd love to have more than 4 tabs. I know, I'm greedy. :D
