Hello Gunter,

First of all, thank you for creating this wonderful extension! It's been very helpful for managing sent emails and organizing them into individual folders so that all replies are sorted. This has truly increased efficiency a lot.

I would like to kindly propose a feature that could benefit many that need to archive into a document every sent email.
Would it be possible to add an option to save sent emails as PDFs, in addition to saving them to a selected folder?
The proposed idea would be, if you agree: after an email is sent and the user is prompted to choose a folder, the extension would also prompt for a name and location on the computer where to create a PDF copy. It would be great if a default naming could be defined before in the options so that when prompted you could just make a small adjustment if necessary.

This functionality would truly save a lot of time for those who frequently need to archive sent emails as PDFs.

Thanks for your suggestion but creating PDF's from emails would require to rewrite what the print function does. Far beyond what the add-on can do.
