It does a very good job of getting rid of 95%+ of junk. However, it's a resource hog! On average, the Javaw process sucks up 90% or more of my CPU. That's the only problem I have with it.
Great tool, besides the resource hogging.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
