As title; it forces me to uninstall the latest version and re-install the old v. 2.1.2.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1.4.1-signed).

Sorry about that - I thought all of the toolbar/addon bar issues were resolved in 2.1.4.1. What behavior are you still seeing?
