Dear owl, thanks for the response. The problem why I go for individual rather than the domain is that I would like to restrict the user to 4 users. As I do ask about it 2 years ago, owl have mentioned that there is no way to control this unless I have to pay individually for each one of them.
However, when it come up to the payment, can I create them individually and use my own credit card to pay for it?

Thanks for the owl! Our teams have used it for a no. Of years!
However, our owl annual subscription will expire in less than week and I have paid the fee. Will there anything that I need to do to get my owl in thunderbird to renew ?
