A Question.Why does this addon (and every single other Thunderbird RSS reader for that matter) lack one crucial feature which I am lookin literally for years and can't find it anywhere. No feed discovery - as in Sage or RSS Icon for Firefox. In Sage it is as simple as that - paste url which is then checked for every single RSS channel available for that address. After that you may choose which to subscribe. But alas not in Thunderbird - as I said I'm looking for this feature for years. Why it's not there? Why Thunderbird does not have it by default? Hard to implement? This addon is great but it just keeps me wondering.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.8.3.1-signed).

This feature is available in Bamboo if you run it with Firefox.

(the ADD tab contains a button to subscribe to one of the current tabs)
