Provider for Google Calendar

This is an excellent extension, both for Thunderbird and Lightning. My only problem: the calendar refresh process can take a while to complete (10-20sec) when you're syncing with several online calendars, during which Thunderbird is using 100% CPU and is completely unresponsive, even for mail composition.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.1).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
