In a little more detail...

Very sorry I have not been able to reply to some posts. I have been too busy in my life to be able to update things. If you are a developer, you are free to use all the code of my addons to build a similar addon with more features. I just do not have the time for the foreseeable future to do much, if any updating.

If the addon stops working it might be a good idea to update Firefox. Also, try checking if you have blocked pop ups with a new addon. A final thing might be to try disabling 3rd party cookies and trying the addon Noscript. It can filter out lots of unnecessary script files which get loaded by websites into your browser. These can slow or stop things from working. It has a red Script button "S" which you click on per site to allow or disallow script files to load. It also blocks 3rd party websites from trying to track you across the internet.

Hi, I am developer making a few addons to get things done that I need. I hope they can be of use to others out there. I appreciate people writing in a quick comment or review of my addons so that I know if there are any problems with them, or just to say that the addon is useful or not. I cannot fix all problems, but where I can I will try. Thanks.

None of my addons track or monitor you in anyway. I loathe the internet tracking policies of internet ad agencies, so I would not inflict that on anyone. Your security is that my addons' source code is fully open source and available for full inspection by you.

On the addon download page at the very bottom there should be a "View the Source" link that will take you to the page to view it. You can also right click the "Add to Firefox" button and choose "Save link as" to download the XPI file. This file is like a zip file that can be unzipped and the source be inspected from there.

My goal is to put the message out to all software developers to please put very clear dialog boxes on your software whenever you want to gather data from the user and ask their permission first. No one likes to get their data pick-pocketed in the background. Thanks to all developers who are decent enough to do this.

For tech crazy people out there interested in internet privacy and security, check out Steve Gibson's Security Now weekly podcast. It provides excellent detailed info on the current state of safety on the net for MS Windows, but is also very useful for Mac and Linux users.

DISABLED ADD-ON NOTE: If you use any of my addons and they get automatically disabled, it is because they may have some kind of compatibility problem that I need time to fix. So please check back after a few days and see if I have been able to get it up and running again.

Thanks
